We are a short form video agency in Mississauga, Ontario. We write, film, edit and publish Instagram and Facebook Reels for realtors, mortgage agents, immigration lawyers, insurance brokers and local businesses across Canada, scripted in Hinglish, Punjabi, Gujarati or English.
Who founded TheXMedia?
TheXMedia was founded in 2024 by Dhruval Ramani and Kaumil Gajera, who run strategy and creative direction respectively from the agency's office in Mississauga, Ontario.
Dhruval Ramani
Co-Founder and Strategy Lead
Dhruval handles client management, script ideation and operations across 50+ clients in Canada, the USA and Dubai. He runs the day to day of the agency: which accounts get which formats, what gets filmed each month, and what the reporting says afterwards. LinkedIn
Kaumil Gajera
Co-Founder and Creative Director
Kaumil is a content creator with millions of followers across his own social accounts, and he brings that first hand knowledge of what travels to every account the agency runs. He owns creative direction: the hooks, the formats and the edit style. LinkedIn
How the agency started
Both founders grew up in the South Asian diaspora and knew the market firsthand. The gap they kept seeing was content: professionals serving South Asian clients in Canada were publishing in English only, to an audience that talks to its family in Hinglish, Punjabi or Gujarati. Scripting in the language the audience actually speaks changed what the numbers did.
The agency has run from Mississauga since 2024, with production also run from Ahmedabad. Language is a capability here rather than a limit on who we work with, and plenty of the roster publishes in English.
