TheXMedia case studies: every number, on public accounts
13 clients, 127.7 million organic views between them, and the full working behind each one. Every figure is scoped to the months we actually worked on that account and recounted from a full scrape of the profile, so you can open the account and check it yourself.
Each page publishes what the account did before us as well as during, the median beside the mean, and what happened after the engagement ended where it has ended. Two of these are closed engagements and say so.

Read the case studyHow are these numbers measured?
The same five rules on every page, because a case study nobody can check is an advertisement.
The window is the engagement, not the account's life. Clients post before we start and some keep going after we stop. Counting either as our work would overstate it, so every figure is scoped to the exact dates we ran the account, and those dates are printed on the page.
The median sits beside the mean. A single reel over a million drags an average a long way. Where a lift multiple looks large we publish the median lift next to it, which is what a typical reel did rather than the best one.
The comparison is the same account, not a benchmark. Each page states what that profile was doing itself before we started, on the same phone in the same market. The profiles are public, so both halves can be opened and counted.
Views means plays, and nothing is boosted. We report Instagram's play count, and no campaign spend sits behind any number on these pages. Where a reel was not ours it is excluded and the exclusion is stated.
What the client reports is labelled as theirs. Deal counts, lead volume and revenue come from the client and we cannot verify them from outside, so they are attributed rather than presented as measurements.
What does this look like for my industry?
Each industry has its own page with the roster, the numbers and what the content actually is: social media marketing for realtors, mortgage agents, lawyers, insurance agents, restaurants, auto dealerships and car detailers.
Everything on these pages is organic reach. We also run Meta lead ads for realtors as a separate service, and the case studies above keep the two apart on purpose: no campaign spend sits behind any number here.
