Punjabi social media marketing: Surrey, Brampton and everywhere between

Punjabi social media marketing reaches a large audience and a concentrated one: Surrey and Abbotsford in British Columbia, Brampton and Malton in Ontario. Benny Jain's account was built on Hindi and Punjabi content and is public.

Where is the Punjabi audience in Canada?

Two clusters, and they behave differently. Surrey and the Fraser Valley in British Columbia, and Brampton, Malton and Mississauga in Ontario. A reel that works in Surrey often works in Brampton, which is unusual: most geography does not travel like that.

Benny Jain is our only client outside Ontario and the reason is this audience. Vancouver and Surrey, scripted in Hindi and Punjabi, 57.8 times the reach his own account managed before us.

Should a Punjabi realtor script in Punjabi or Hindi?

It depends which room you want. Punjabi is more native to one community and closed to the others. Hindi reaches the Punjabi and the Pakistani communities at once, which is why Ravi Dhir scripts in Hindi even though his market is heavily Punjabi.

We make that call on the ideation call, from where your buyers actually are, not from which language you speak at home. Sometimes the answer is both, on different reels.

What does a Punjabi account look like after eight months?

Benny Jain published 73 reels with us from December 2025 and averaged 135,930 views against the 2,353 his own 86 reels had managed before, which is 57.8 times on the mean and 10.3 times on the median. He also runs statics and carousels alongside the reels.

What he was buying was not reach for its own sake. He had left somebody else's team to build Stone Group, and by his account went from three or four deals a month to eight or nine, with five or six full-time realtors behind him now. Those are his figures rather than ours.

The reels themselves are Surrey and Vancouver property mechanics: what a basement suite does to a mortgage, what a booking amount actually secures, why a Brampton buyer might look at the Fraser Valley instead.

What does Punjabi content actually talk about?

Money mechanics, mostly, and the specifics of arriving. What a basement suite does to a mortgage payment. What a booking amount on a pre-construction unit actually secures. Why a buyer priced out of Brampton might look at the Fraser Valley, or the other way round.

What does not work is the listing. A property tour with a price on it reaches the handful of people already looking at that exact house, and they forget you the moment it sells. Across our whole roster the reels that travel are the ones that change what somebody thought was possible, not the ones that show them a kitchen.

We also produce statics and carousels alongside the reels for clients on longer engagements, so the feed does not go quiet between filming days. Benny Jain's package includes both.

Questions people ask about Punjabi social media marketing

Usually mixed, the way people speak. The hook and the emotion run in Punjabi; mortgage terms, dollar figures and program names stay in English because nobody translates those.

Yes, Punjabi is one of the four languages we script in, alongside Hinglish, Gujarati and English. Benny Jain's account in Surrey and Vancouver runs on Hindi and Punjabi.

Hindi usually reaches more people, because it also lands with Pakistani and wider South Asian audiences. Punjabi reaches its own community more deeply. We decide per account.

Yes. Benny Jain in Surrey and Vancouver is our only client outside Ontario, and that engagement exists because the Punjabi audience there is large and concentrated.

No, not without telling you first. We keep deliberate distance between agents selling to the same buyers in the same city.
