The brief was to be known, in Gujarati, in Edmonton. Not listings marketing and not a follower count for its own sake.
Edmonton is not a market where a Gujarati speaking agent is competing with forty others posting the same condo. The problem was the opposite one: almost nobody was making content in the language his buyers actually think in, so there was no reason for anyone to find him.
The third thing he asked for was reach into the Swaminarayan community he belongs to. We treated that as an instruction about voice rather than about targeting: make content that is honestly his, including his faith, rather than content that performs being a realtor.
That decision is why the numbers on this page look the way they do, and why the finding below is not the one we expected.
