Ravi Dhir case study: the realtor who built a team out of a feed

This Ravi Dhir case study covers fifteen months on a Kitchener realtor's account: 213 reels and 14.3 million organic views between December 2024 and February 2026. He had posted 161 reels himself before we started, averaging 1,736 views. Ours averaged 67,118. That is 38.7 times, and the account is public so both halves can be checked.

All organic. No boosted posts and no bought reach behind any of it. Every figure on this page is scoped to December 2024 to 28 February 2026 and recounted from a full scrape of the account on 18 August 2026, so the profile can be opened and checked against it.

What does Ravi Dhir say about TheXMedia?

He measures it by who recognises him, not by the view count.

Clients recognize me at community events now. TheXMedia made my brand recognizable across KWC.

Who is Ravi Dhir?

Ravi Dhir is a RE/MAX realtor working Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Mississauga, and he scripts in Hindi rather than Punjabi on purpose: it lands with the Punjabi and the Pakistani communities at once, which in the KWC corridor is most of the room.

He came to us to reach more of that audience. What he actually wanted was underneath it. He had been part of somebody else's team, left it, and wanted his own, and a team needs more leads than one person can work. The account was the means.

The reels we made for him

Four of the 213 reels we wrote and produced for Ravi Dhir between December 2024 and February 2026. Tap any tile to open it on Instagram.

What goes out on the days between reels?

Reels are the reach. On the days between them a static or a carousel goes out instead, so a follower's feed never has a gap. Across the fifteen months that meant 213 reels alongside 45 static posts and 21 carousels.

These are designed and scheduled on top of the reel package for clients who stay long term. Ravi was with us from December 2024 to February 2026.

What did Ravi ask for?

One instruction: get him enough inbound that he could staff a team off it.

So the scripts are money mechanics, not property tours. Not that a house is for sale, but exactly how somebody afforded it: the down payment, the rent that covers the mortgage, the second property bought off the first one's equity. Every reel below is a deal structure with the numbers left in.

The work went past content. We built his CRM, the automations behind it, and the process his team now uses to manage leads, because reach without a system to answer it is just noise. That is the part he brings up first.

Which reels built the account?

Our process starts in ideation, not in a script document. We sat with Ravi and listened for the deals he had actually closed, then found the version a stranger could use. These are the five biggest of the run, from 2,703,210 views down to 783,965. Play any of them beside the reasoning.

2.7M May 2025

A Gujarati investor put 20% down on a $500,000 property in Canada. That is the whole reel: the price, the deposit, and what the rent does against the mortgage afterwards.

It is the most-watched thing on the account and it contains no listing, no walkthrough and no branding until the last second. Somebody deciding whether ownership is even possible for them does not want a house. They want the arithmetic.

2,703,210 views and 26,758 likes, on an account whose previous 161 reels averaged 1,736.

What made the Ravi Dhir case study work?

  1. Publish the arithmetic, not the address. The three reels over a million are all a deal structure with real numbers left in. The account's own listing content averaged 1,736 views before we started. Nobody shares a listing. People share a sum that changes what they thought was possible.
  2. Hindi reached more people here than Punjabi would have. In the KWC corridor the Punjabi and Pakistani communities overlap in Hindi, so one language covered a room that two scripts would have split. Language is a targeting decision, not a preference.
  3. Reach without a system to answer it is waste. The CRM, the automations and the lead process were built alongside the content, and that is what let one person's feed staff a team of agents. Ravi raises this before he raises the view count.
  4. It does not hold by itself. In the 94 reels since the engagement ended the account has averaged 13,158 views, above the 1,736 it managed before us and far below the 67,118 it did during. Reach is rented.

Frequently asked questions

14,296,261 organic views across 213 reels between December 2024 and February 2026, an average of 67,118 a reel with a median of 8,167. Three reels passed a million and 17 passed a hundred thousand. The biggest did 2,703,210.

161 reels averaging 1,736 views, median 1,297, best 21,605. Same person, same market, same phone. That is the comparison this page rests on and the profile is public, so it can be checked.

No. It is the second largest we have measured and it is flattered by three reels over a million. The median is the honest companion figure: 1,297 to 8,167, about 6.3 times, which is what a typical reel did rather than the best one.

Ravi's account of it: he went from one or two deals a month to five or six, built Mantra Group off the inbound, and is now one of RE/MAX's top realtors. Those are his figures, not something we can measure from outside, so treat them as what the client told us.

Because Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge hold both a Punjabi and a Pakistani community and Hindi reaches both. A Punjabi script would have been more native to one half and closed to the other.

No, and Ravi is the clearest example. Alongside the 213 reels we published 45 statics and 21 carousels, and we built his CRM, his automations and the process his team uses to handle leads. The content produced the demand; the system is what made it survivable.

The account still posts. In the 94 reels since February 2026 it has averaged 13,158 views against 67,118 during, so it sits well above where it started and well below where it was. We publish that because the alternative is implying the effect is permanent.

Ask before you sign. We keep deliberate distance between agents selling to the same buyers in the same city, and we will tell you on the call whether your area is taken.

What does the Ravi Dhir case study prove?

A realtor's feed can staff a team. 213 reels and 14.3 million views over fifteen months came down to one decision: publish the arithmetic behind a deal instead of the deal itself, in the language the whole corridor speaks. The reach built Mantra Group; the CRM and the lead process we built alongside it are what kept the reach from being wasted. The same method runs across our realtor roster, and the numbers for Shitul Patel, Benny Jain, Malika Mehrotra, Anand Mistry, Rick and Manisha and Varun Kalia are written up the same way, each scoped to its own engagement.
